This is really cool. Thanks for playing!

I liked the game and the character model was well done. I do wish it was more challenging though. I thought it was strange that I could freely rotate the camera so I could shoot behind the character's back. If the player had to rotate the character in order to fight of the spiders, it might help to add more difficulty.

I really apprecated the soundtrack and the graphics. The spinning leg animation was fun and I was really digging the synth bass. The gameplay was challenging, but I was able to make it to the dog at the end. I wish the game was longer!

I like this game, it reminds me of a classic I'd see on the Atari or something. The mechanics were easy to pick up on, but the angular momentum of the turret made it challenging.

This is a great interpretation of the theme and the gameplay is excellent. It's easy to learn, but difficult to master. I think that's what makes for a great game. Well done!

I agree with what you have said regarding the gameplay issues.  There's no incentive to keep people alive, and it's easy to get bored. I have a couple ideas to improve the gameplay, but I hadn't considered adding a time limit. I really think that would add a sense of urgency which would take this game in the right direction.

Thanks for playing and I appreciate your feedback!

What you said about highlighting the engine modules makes sense and I can see what you are going for. I love that kind of stuff. You could really draw attention to that by having a smaller HUD but displaying a large overlay for a split second with a detailed animation. This could happen before going FTL or perhaps firing a super-powered version of the weapon.

Anyways, awesome work and I'll be following as you continue development.

This is really well done. The level design is really well done and the roses are very challenging. The backstory added some extra character to the story which I thought was fun.

I REALLY enjoyed this game. I liked all the commentary that Mako had, as it really helped to add some charm. One thing that I noticed was that the playable area was tiny. It's like a third of the screen. If you flipped it so the playable area was 2/3rds of the screen with the HUD and Mako occupying the remaining space, it would really enhance the experience and provide more room for enemies, obstacles, etc.

I appreciate the work that went into the graphics. The sprite for Mizuni is well done, and the way the ghosts float around reminds me of something from an NES game. Also, the soundtrack is totally rad.

No need to apologize, the game is great!

This was a really fun game. The animations and music created the perfect vibe. I had some difficulty with mouse on PC. The shower knobs seem to work like sliders instead of knobs. I found myself trying to turn the knobs from the inside, but nothing would happen.

Updated with a version for Linux :^]

I had a similar experience with the tutorial. I was trying to export to Linux, took a look at the tutorial page, and decided to just figure it out on my own. I'm not 100% sure I did it correctly, but it seems to run so I guess that's good.

I had some trouble navigating the map and would have loved a mini-map. My character is out there, somewhere, in the dark. Please send help.

I couldn't figure out how to proceed through the game but I did figure out how to use the tempura cannon to create a staircase up to the second level. I tried to esape through the window but no luck!

I liked it. The gameplay reminded me of Hotline Miami or Smash TV.

I genuinely loved how bizarre the intro was. I want to see more Cobra Chicken.  I thought the gameplay was floaty and that made it difficult to evade enemies.

Great concept and the procedural level generation is fun! I struggled to get the wall-jumping down, but I have a feeling it would probably be easier with a controller.

This is really cool. The gameplay was simple, but addictive and I loved the low-poly graphics. Awesome.

Thanks for the feedback, I really appreciate it. I'm glad you got some enjoyment out of it.

I'm mostly happy with the way the animations turned out. I had to learn how to use Krita and just kind of made it up as I went along.

I need to try and find a way to make it a little more challenging once you get down the the last man.

Thanks for the feedback, I think you're 100% right. It was just laziness on my part, as I was exporting this project at 3am. I'll try to figure out how to get a Linux build up ASAP.
